Domain Name Expiration Notice Letters

It has been brought to our attention that some of our clients have received a letter from Domain Registry of Canada informing that their domain is about to expire and they are given an option to transfer their domains. This letter comes in a brown envelop which the company intentionally uses to give a "Government Like" impression.

Please note that if your domain is hosted with iQWeb Solutions, we will never send you a letter requesting your credit card information. At the time of your expiry, our system will automatically send you an email and request you to confirm if you are interested in renewing your domain. If you reply back in an agreement, you are sent an invoice and payment instructions.

Security Notice

As stated earlier, iQWeb will never call you to ask for your credit card number. If such is required, you will be sent instructions on where you can go to make the payment. Please note that we will also never send you a link requesting you to click and make a payment. You will always be instructed to go to our website and click where needed. If you recieve such a phone call or email, please do not respond.
