As you know that we are always seeking avenues to enhance our services, we have made a great enhancement to our web mail system that we would like to tell you about.

We Are Now Supporting IMAP & POP3 - Keep A Copy Of Sent Emails

You were unable to keep a copy of outgoing emails until now. We have enhanced our web mail system and now we are supporting POP3 as well as IMAP mail systems. What that means is going forward all your sent emails will be automatically saved in the "Sent Items" folder. There is a "Drafts" folder where you will be able to save un-sent emails. There is also a "Deleted Items" folder where all your deleted emails will go before you permanently remove them.

Get Organized With Web Mail Calendar

You will love the calendar that you now have. Now you can view calendar, make appointments, setup reminders, schedule meetings and invite others to your meetings all from the Web Mail Calendar.

Manage Your Address Book Online

Now you don't need to worry about remembering thousands of email addresses. In the new web mail tool you are able to save the contact information of your clients, business partners, friends and family members etc.

Accessing Web Mail

To access your web mail simple visit http://webmail.yourdomain.com. In this example simply replace the word yourdomain with your actual domain name.

Questions & Answers

Questions: I had a lot of important emails. Did any of my emails got deleted during this upgrade?
Answer: Absolutely not. Your emails and web site files are the most valuable data for us. We only upgraded the Web Mail Server that organizes and manages your emails. None of your emails or web site files were moved or deleted during this process.

Question: The upgrades your have performed, are they temporary or permanent?
Answer: The upgrading of Web Mail System is permanent on all servers. You can start using the new tool right away. You can also start managing your address book online without any hesitation. Going forward having IMAP and POP3 is standard on all servers and web hosting packages.

Question: Are you still running Anti Virus and Spam Filters?
Answer: Yes, the Anti Virus and Spam Filters are still ON, protecting you like before.

Question: Is there any additional cost to me?
Answer: Absolutely not! You will keep paying what you have been as per your web hosting package. We have made this enhancement to add value to our service. There is absolutely no cost to you.
